Hey there!!!

I was dealing with your Analyst/CSR Richard Velting regarding my Business Insurance. I had a couple of questions about my policy, and I shot off several emails to him and his Supervisor. It's been more than a month, and I still haven't heard back from either of them. This is just awful service. I'm really regretting my decision to work with them.

I needed insurance for my plumbing business and somehow found your company. Normally, I don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience this time.
I have to say, Angie Ondrick was a true lifesaver for me. She went through everything step by step and made sure I understood all the paperwork. On top of that, she even stepped outside her usual responsibilities to help me with some extra forms required by the Texas State Board of Plumbing.
Honestly, I don’t know what you pay her, but in my view, she’s worth every penny. I’ll keep coming back to your services as long as she’s around.
